This striking aragonite cave formation displays a rare multi-column growth pattern that looks almost like ancient tree trunks frozen in stone. Each column shows beautiful rolled aragonite banding at the top—classic “onion-ring” structures formed drip by drip over thousands of years as mineral-rich water deposited layers of calcium carbonate.
The exterior surfaces show warm tones of rusty orange, honey, and cream, with natural texture that reveals its slow formation deep underground. The cluster sits on its original solid aragonite base, giving it excellent stability for display.
Place it under a warm light and the surface glows softly, highlighting every swirl and ridge. This is the kind of piece collectors love—geologic, sculptural, and completely one-of-a-kind.
